File Format & Printing
What format are the certificates downloaded in?
Certificates are downloaded as high-quality PDFs at 300 DPI resolution, perfect for professional printing. You can choose between Letter size (8.5" x 11") or A4 size (210mm x 297mm) depending on your region.
Will my certificates have watermarks?
No watermarks ever! All certificates are clean and professional. You have full rights to use, print, and distribute the certificates you create. No attribution or branding required.
Are the certificates print-ready?
Yes! All certificates are exported as high-quality PDFs (300 DPI) in Letter or A4 size, perfect for professional printing. You can print at home on your own printer or send the PDF to a professional print shop.
What paper should I use for printing?
For best results, use certificate paper (24-32 lb weight) with a smooth or linen finish. You can find certificate paper at office supply stores. Regular printer paper (20 lb) works too, but thicker paper looks more professional.
Batch Generation
How do I create multiple certificates at once?
Use our Batch Generator feature! Upload a CSV file with recipient names and details, choose a template, and generate hundreds of certificates in seconds. Perfect for teachers issuing class certificates or HR departments recognizing multiple employees.
What format should my CSV file be in?
Your CSV file should have columns for: recipient name, achievement/course description, date, and any other custom fields. The first row should be column headers. You can download a sample CSV template from the Batch Generator page.
Is there a limit to batch generation?
No hard limit! You can generate as many certificates as you need. However, for very large batches (500+), we recommend breaking them into smaller chunks for better browser performance.
