Short version: your certificates, names, spreadsheets, logos and signatures never leave your device.

What happens on your device

Certificates are drawn with your browser's canvas and PDFs and ZIP files are assembled in your browser. Uploaded images and CSV or Excel files are read locally and are not sent to any server.

What is stored in your browser

To save you retyping, the maker keeps your most recent certificate (including any logo and signature images) in your browser's localStorage, one copy per page. The bulk generator saves your design but never your list. This data stays on this device and is not visible to us.

AI wording suggestions

If you click "Help me write this" or use the wording writer, the certificate type, recipient name, organisation, tone and the description you typed are sent to our server and passed to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to generate suggestions. We do not store these requests. Don't include information you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or build advertising profiles.
