Questions people ask
How do I number gift certificates?
Use the bulk generator: make a spreadsheet with columns like name, amount and code (e.g. GC-0001 to GC-0100) and map them into the certificate. Each page gets its own code, and your spreadsheet is your redemption log.
Can gift certificates expire?
It depends where you are. In the US, the federal CARD Act requires most gift certificates to be valid for at least five years, and some states ban expiry dates entirely. Check your local consumer rules before printing a date.
What size should a gift certificate be?
Full-page Letter or A4 works for framed or formal gifts. For a voucher that fits an envelope, print landscape and trim, or print two per page from the PNG.
