Certificate of Completion Template
A certificate of completion confirms that someone finished a course, programme or training requirement. Because it is often shown to employers or used for continuing-education records, it should state the course title, the date, the hours or credits if relevant, and who issued it.

Questions people ask
What information must a certificate of completion include?
At minimum: the recipient's name, the course or programme title, the completion date and the issuing organisation with an authorised signature. For CE/CPD credit, add the number of hours and any provider or accreditation number.
Can I make completion certificates for a whole class at once?
Yes. Use the bulk generator: upload a CSV or Excel file with a name column (plus optional course, date or score columns) and download every certificate as one PDF or a ZIP of individual files.
Is a certificate of completion the same as a certification?
No. A certificate of completion shows you finished a course. A professional certification usually requires passing an independent exam and is issued by a certifying body.
