Internship Certificate Template
An internship certificate confirms that a student or graduate completed a placement with your organisation. Universities often ask for it to award academic credit, and interns use it as proof of experience. It should state the intern's role, department, start and end dates (or total weeks/hours), and be signed by the supervisor or HR on company letterhead colours with your logo.

Questions people ask
What should an internship certificate include?
The intern's full name, position or project, department, start and end dates (or total hours), a line on performance if you wish, the company name and logo, the date of issue, and the supervisor's or HR signature. A certificate number helps employers verify it later.
Is an internship certificate the same as an experience letter?
Not quite. A certificate is a short formal record of completion. An experience or recommendation letter describes duties and performance in detail. Many companies issue both.
Can I add a verification code?
Yes. Fill in the certificate ID field and, optionally, a QR code link (for example to a page on your site that confirms the record). Both print in the bottom corners.
