Tip: sign white paper with a black pen, photograph it, and upload. A transparent PNG looks best.

The ID prints bottom-left and the QR code bottom-right. Point the QR at a page you control (course page, member list, verification page) so anyone can check the certificate.

What should a membership certificate include?

Organisation name and logo, the member's name, membership type, member number, start or validity dates, and an officer's signature.

How do I number members automatically?

In the bulk generator, put {n} in the certificate ID field (e.g. MEM-{n}) to number each row, or use a column from your member list.

Can it be verified?

Add a QR code pointing to your member directory or a verification page. CertifyFast does not host verification itself.
