Use 65–110 lb cardstock (176–300 gsm), set the printer to "actual size" rather than "fit", and choose the paper size you exported. The size and paper guide explains why 300 DPI matters, and the step-by-step guide covers wording, hierarchy and signing.

Is CertifyFast really free with no watermark?
Yes. Every template, the 300 DPI PDF and PNG export, logo and signature upload, and the bulk CSV generator are free, with no watermark and no account. There is nothing to upgrade to.
Are my names, logos and signatures uploaded anywhere?
No. Certificates are drawn on a canvas in your browser and the PDF is assembled on your device. Only the optional "Help me write this" button sends the short text you type to an AI model to suggest wording.
Can I make many certificates at once?
Yes. The bulk certificate generator reads a CSV or Excel file (or pasted names) and builds hundreds of personalised certificates as one PDF or a ZIP of separate files.
What size and quality are the downloads?
US Letter (11 × 8.5 in) or A4 (297 × 210 mm), landscape or portrait, rendered at 300 DPI, which is the standard for sharp print on home and office printers.
Can I edit the text after downloading?
The PDF is a print-ready image, so edit in the maker and download again. Your last certificate is remembered in this browser, so you can pick up where you left off.
Which certificate should I use?
